Manish Saggar

Bio: Manish Saggar is an assistant professor working in the area of Computational Neuropsychiatry at Stanford University and currently directs the Brain Dynamics Lab (http://bdl.stanford.edu). His lab is dedicated to developing computational methods to better understand the brain’s overall dynamical organization in healthy and patient populations. His lab employs algorithms from a wide range of fields, including Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, Biophysics and Network Science, with an overarching goal to anchor psychiatric diagnosis into biological features (e.g., neural circuits, spatiotemporal neurodynamics, etc.).
